This public app allows customers to issue and follow up with a number of requests via logging in to their account (personalized access) or scanning a QR/ NCF tag (anonymous access). Requests can range from simple calls (e.g. do not disturb, room service) to orders, bookings and many more. For a full account of supported requests please check with the website.

Staffs assistants (via the hello! assistant app) confirm the request and notify the client on its progress.

Various performance data (times, preferences, …) are collected in the background
