This public app allows customers to issue and follow up with a number of requests via logging in to their account (personalized access) or scanning a QR/ NCF tag (anonymous access). Requests can range from simple calls (e.g. do not disturb, room service) to orders, bookings and many more. For a full account of supported requests please check with the website.
